What are good cowboy boots for walking around in?
Q. I want a pair of good boots and I've been looking at some supposedly good brands (Tony Lama, Justin, Ariat...) but I want to make sure I get some that are comfortable to walk around in. (Real cowboy boots, not fashion ones). Any suggestions? So Justins and Tony Lamas? Which style should I get? Also, my foot size is a men's 6.5 D (U.S.A.) so its kinda hard findin the size.

How do you break in cowboy boots with wooden outsoles?
Q. I just bought a pair of cowboy boots that have wood at the bottom (outsoles), not on the heel but on the toe part. I was wondering how i could make them a little rougher so i won't slip and if there is a way to make them more supple for walking/dancing.

How to package cowboy boots for ebay?
Q. How would I go about packaging weighty items like cowboy boots for shipment? Do I need to go to the post office and have them weigh them and buy a box? or get a box there and have them weigh and get stamps? Do I need to figure out packaging and package them before I list the item on ebay? Help! and labeling: does ebay help you print a label after the sale to put on the box?

A. I would say that the most important thing is to make sure that you get the box that fits them with no extra space. That will keep them from moving around and also will limit your shipping cost. A common tendency for people on Ebay (I hve made this mistake myself) is to ship items in boxes or packages that will make them spend more on postage than they should. Keep that in mind and I would suggest a box or a priority mail box packing it with newspaper as efficiently as possible without compromising the safety of the package.
